Bevel Gear

    Bevel Gears

Bevel Gears are cone-shaped gears with teeth located along the conical surface. These gears are used to transmit motion and power between intersecting shafts in applications requiring changes in the axis of rotation.

Typically, cone gears preferred for the shaft system placed at 90 degree angles. But it can also be applied for systems with smaller or larger angles. Please feel free to contact us for more information about our bevel gear productions and orders.

Straight cone gear is the most commonly used conical gear type due to the simplicity of tooth designs and therefore ease of manufacture. Straight Cone gears are designed in such a way to allow contact each other at the same time when properly matched. It causes high impacts, as with spur gears. It increases the noise level and the amount of stress experienced by the gears. This reduces their durability and lifespan.
